Grade 12 Alexan impresses at Powerlifting Competition

We are proud of Grade 12 Alexan, Zaid Niemand, who came first in the u93 kg sub junior section at the Eastern Cape Powerlifting competition. His winning weights were 115 kg for the bench press, 180 kg for the squat and 200kg for the deadlift. This was his first competition and he will now be competing in the SA Powerlifting competition in April. Well done, Zaid.
