Alex vs Port Alfred Derby

Early on Saturday morning, the Alexander Road High School teams set off to meet Port Alfred High School in their annual derby match-up.

Alex came up tops in the majority of their matches, with the day culminating in an exciting 1st team rugby match. The Alex visitors held off their rivals in the dying minutes of the game to come away with a one point victory.

Most importantly, the morning was filled with comradeship and good-spirited competition between the two schools.
