Alex Choir performs at 10th anniversary celebration

Last Thursday, the Alex choir was invited to perform at the Hemiola Chamber Choir's 10th anniversary celebration concert, A Decade of Song. It was a delightful and enjoyable evening of choral music. The choir did us proud by performing three songs, one of which also included members of the contemporary band led by Mr Hurter. Sibabalwe Kula on drum kit, Alwab'Olwethu Langesa, Marc Noppé, and Aletheia Kock on guitars, and our piano accompanist, Mrs Barth, entertained the audience with the well-known song, Stand By Me. Iyamangalisa Mrubata did an exceptional job by leading the choir in the traditional song, Ndisondela. Well done to our amazing choir!
