Alex Debating Team takes 2024 League Title

A hearty and well-deserved congratulations to our senior debating team who took the title of top team in the 2024 league when they beat Westering in the final yesterday afternoon. The motion was 'This house believes that the presence of charities is a symbol of the failure of humanity' and their convincing argument, excellent teamwork and powerful speaking skills helped them to successfully oppose the proposition's case. Special congratulations go to Siqibo Rasimeni who received the Best Speaker award for the debate.
