Happy 69th Birthday to Alex

Happy birthday Alex! Our school is another year older and, in usual Alex fashion, we celebrated the occasion with a day of entertaining activities. The Beat performers rocked the roof off the hall, while our brainiacs tested their skills at the Maths Fair. The day ended with the inter-class fashion show where, adorned in newsprint, the classes show off their design and modelling flair. View video here

As part of the Founders Day celebrations this weekend, various reunion groups gathered to reminisce about their time as Alexans. This included those who attended our Founders Day assembly on Friday followed by a tour of the school to see all the changes and visit old teachers. Then the weekend included events throughout the city for our Alex classes of 2014, 2009, 2004, 1999, 1994, 1984, 1974 and 1969. View photos here
