Alexans at International Youth Music Festival

Alexans, Lolwethu Nxopo and Lubabalo Gunguluza, travelled to Sun City last week to participate in the Summa Cum Laude International youth music festival and competition as members of the prestigious Eastern Cape Youth Choir.

They walked away with a 2nd position receiving a gold certificate Level 3 (Masterful), between 90-94%.

The festival brought together children's and youth choirs, orchestras, and bands from around the world for workshops, competitive performances, and cultural exchange. It was the first time the event was held on African soil and marks the Eastern Cape Youth Choir's debut competition.
