Junior Debaters tour East London

Two teams of junior debaters travelled to East London to participate in the Hudson Park Junior Festival on Saturday 12 March. They were accompanied by two Grade 11 adjudicators. This was the first time our juniors have debated and they were keen to put the skills learned in practices this term into action. Our debaters did well to win 3 of their 6 debates. Amahle Zake won a best speaker award. The debaters are now looking forward to competing in the junior league next term.
